摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定奥替溴铵含量和有关物质。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:含3mmol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠的0.3mol·L^-1三水合醋酸钠缓冲液-乙腈-甲醇(体积比为30:70:20)(乙酸调节pH值至6.0);流速:1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长:293nm。结果在选定的色谱条件下,有关物质与主药分离良好,奥替溴铵在10.0~100.0mg·L^-1内质量浓度与峰面积星良好的线性关系,r=0.9997。结论方法可用于奥替溴铵含量测定及有关物质的检查。 Objective To establish a otilonium bromide. Methods The HPLC method for determination separation was performed on a of the content and related substance of Diamonsil ODS column (4. 6 mm × 200 mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was composed of sodium acetate trihydrate buffer(0.3 mol·L^-1)containing 3 mmol·L^-1 of 1-heptanesulfonic acid monohydrate sodium-acetonitrile-methanol( V: V: V = 30:70: 20) (pH was 6.0 ), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the determination wavelength was set at 293 nm. Results Using this method, otilonium bromide and its related substances could be absolutely separated. The liner range of the otilonium bromide was 10.0- 100.0 mg·L^-1( r = 0. 999 7). Conclusions The results show that otilonium bromide and its related substances can easily be determined by HPLC.
