烟草赤星病拮抗细菌Ata28菌株的诱变选育

摘要 以烟草赤星病拮抗细菌Ata28菌株为出发菌株,采用紫外线、硫酸二已酯和微波诱变法进行诱变;再挑取诱变获得的对烟草赤星病菌Tbs3抑菌带最宽的突变株Uv-126,Des-66,Mw-110作遗传稳定性试验。其中经微波诱变获得突变株Mw-110,其抑菌带宽由出发菌株Ata28的8.4mm提高到10.9mm,比出发菌株提高了29.8%,并高于Uv-126,Des-66。Mw-110在培养基中连续培养8代以后,其遗传性状较Uv-126,Des-66更为稳定。 As an original strain, antagonistic bacteria Ata28 against tobacco brown spot was mutated by UV, DES and Microwave irradiation, and mutant strains Uv-126, Des-66, Mw-ll0 were tested for genetic stability. Mw-ll0 was obtained through the microwave irradiating,and its inhibition zone was increased 29.8% from 8.4mm to 10.9mm, and its increase of inhibition zone exceeded Uv-126, Des-66. Successively cultured eight times in the medium, heredity character of Mw-ll0 was stabler than Uv-126, Des- 66.
