热致相变材料C12Zn-C16Zn二元体系亚固相相图 被引量:1

Subsolidus Binary Phase Diagram of C_(12)Zn-C_(16)Zn in Thermotropic Phase Transitions Materials

摘要 合成了两种具有层状钙钛矿结构的热致相变材料四氯合锌酸十二铵(n-C12H25NH3)2ZnCl4和四氯合锌酸十六铵(n-C16H33NH3)2ZnCl4,并在两种材料的乙醇溶液中结晶出一系列C12Zn-C16Zn二元体系。利用差热分析(DTA)和X射线衍射技术进行测定,构筑了C12Zn-C16Zn二元体系相图。在实验相图中确定了新的化合物(n-C12H25NH3)(n-C16H35NH3)ZnCl4的存在,并确定了两个不变的共析点,共析点温度分别为70和73℃。与同类体系的其他相图相比,在此相图的左右边界存在端际固溶体(α和β)和中间区域存在非化学计量相(γ)。 The perovskite type layer compound (n-C12 H25NH3)2ZnCl4 and ( n-C16H33NH3)2ZnCl4 with thermotropic phase transitions were synthesized and a series of their mixtures C12Zn-C16Zn were prepared. The experimental binary phase diagram of C12Zn-C16Zn was established by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction. In the phase diagram new materials ( n-12 H25 NH3 ) ( n-C16 H33 NH3 ) ZnCl4 and two eutectold invafiants were observed, two eutectic points temperatures are about 70 and 72 ℃. Contrasting other similar system, there are three noticeable solid solution ranges (α,β,γ) at the left and fight boundary and middle of the phase diagram.
