摘要 本文通过醋酸乙烯酯(VAC)与丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEA)溶液接枝共聚的方法,合成了一种应用于回收利用废聚苯乙烯的专用胶粘剂,讨论了反应条件对共聚反应的影响,确定了最佳配方及生产工艺。通过红外谱图确定了接枝物的生成,对聚苯乙烯粘接性能进行了测试。 An adhesive for polystyrene material was made from vinyl acetate with 2 - hydorxyethyl acrylate by solution grafting copolymerization. The effects of various conditions on the solution grafting copolymerization were discussed. The best directions and the best synthetic approach was screened out. The grafting of vinyl acetate with 2 - hydorxyethyl acrylate was determined and the structure of the grafting copolymer was confirmed by infrared spectral data.
