摘要
蒙脱石通过无机阳离子置换和有机分子取代层间水分子,制备了γ-丁内酯镁蒙脱石复合有机固体电解质。该电解质具有较大的层空间(d_(001)~1.83nm),较高的室温电导率(σ=4.1×10^(-4)Scm^(-1))和较低的离子迁移激活能(E_a=0.4eV)。对γ-丁内酯镁蒙脱石进行了红外分析和 X 射线衍射分析。把复合有机固体电解质应用到固态电池上,显示出较好的电池性能。
Complex organic solid electrolyte based on montmorilionite was preparedby inorganic cation(Mg^(2+))exchange first and then displacing the layer water ofmontmorillonite with organic compound such as γ-butyrolactone.The solid electrolyteγ-BL-Mg montmorillonite,which had a large interlayer region(d_(001)about 1.83nm),waspossessed of higher electroconductivity(about 10^(-4)S·cm^(-1))at room temperature and low-er ion migration activation energy(about 0.4eV)during 20—90℃.The structure ofγ-BL-Mg montmorillonite was studied by IR and XRD.Electrical property of the solidcells with γ-BL-Mg montmorillonite as solid electrolyte was better.
