摘要
无机盐与改型蒙脱石按一定配比混合后,在低子无机盐熔点的适当温度下焙烧数小时,使无机盐在蒙脱石的层间及颗粒表面自发分散,并替代蒙脱石层间的水分子。达到平衡后便可制得无机盐载负型蒙脱石。与改型蒙脱石相比其离子电导率约提高一个数量级,且蒙脱石结构基本保持不变。以此复合材料为电池的隔膜组装而成的全固态电池性能良好,电池容量和比能量分别达14mAh和70Wh/kg。
The complexes of inorganic salts and montmorillonite were studied. Many inorganic salts after mixing with montmorillonite, and baking at suitable temperature which is lower than the melting point of inorganic salts can be spontaneously dispersed through the inter layer and the surface of the montmorillonite. Since the basic structure of montmorillonite is maintained afetr dispersion of inorganic salts, a kind of new material——the Montmorillonite Loaded with Inorganic Salts can be got. It hats higher conductivity than the exchanged montmorillonite, if comparing under the same conditions. They can be applied as a Deparator in all solid state cells, its cell capacity can reach 14 mAh, and its energy density can reach 70 Wh/kg.
