摘要
湖南西部存在着微生物发酵、土壤富硒和天然亚麻酸三个独特的生态自然带,要根据这三个独特生态自然带的经济特性,大力发展湘西的产业经济。三带产业经济发展的核心是培植“三带”产业集群品牌,推动“三带农业、三带工业、三带旅游业”三位一体的产业集群体系的形成,同时采用循环经济思路发展“三带”产业集群,最终把“三带”资源优势转化为经济优势,促进产业结构调整,实现产业扶贫目标,提升湘西产业经济的整体竞争实力。
According （Alpha-Linolenic Acid） to the economic characteristics of the microbial fermentation, selenium and natural ALA three distinct ecological belts in western Hunan, the development of Hunan＇s industrial economy should be strengthened. The core of ＂three zone＂ economic development is to build ＂three zone＂ industry clusters brand, promote the formation of agriculture , industry and tourism in ＂three zone＂ industry clusters system and the adjustment of the industrial structure, and eventually change the ＂three zone＂ resource advantages into economic advantages and achieve poverty reduction targets in Xiangxi and enhance the overall economic competitiveness of Xiangxi＇s industrial economy.
