摘要
循环经济是一种新兴的经济发展模式,发展循环经济是实行可持续发展的重要途径和实现方式。探讨了循环经济的概念内涵及其与传统经济的比较,并提出民族地区发展循环经济的基本途径和对策选择。
Circulation economy is a kind of new economic development model. Developing circulation economy is the essential way and method of implementing sustainable developing strategy. In this paper, the author probes into the concept of circulation economy, compares the theoretical foundation of circulation economy with traditional eeonomy, and puts forward the essential ways and the countermeasure choices of circulation economy in minority areas.
