摘要
通过对常见的三种颗粒增强金属基复合材料制备方法的比较,得出可控喷雾共沉积方法为制备具有优异综合性能复合材料提供了新的可能;并且指出在喷雾共沉积工艺过程中,综合应用传统方法(合金化与变质工艺)可望实现增强相/基体界面微观结构设计,从而真正制得满足航空、汽车与民用工业特殊要求的新型材料。
In this paper, it is pointed out that by comparing with tradi-
tional power metallurgy and melt stirring technique, the controllable spray co-depo-sition process is promising to manufacture metal matrix composites having excellent comprehensive properties. Using of traditional methods such as alloying and modi-fication in the process make it possible to realize the design of interface structure between particulates and matrix, then we can get appropriate composites for the special applications in aerospace, automobile and civil industries.
