摘要
用骆驼蓬全草的醇提取物ＥＭ、ＥＳ和水提取物ＷＳ进行了体外抑癌试验。结果表明：ＥＭ、ＥＳ和ＷＳ对瘤细胞Ｌ－１２１０和Ｋ－５６２均有一定的抑制作用，半数抑制浓度分别为４９６．３６，１４４８．７７，１２２２．０８，４２２．７６，１７６９．２９，１６２９．３０μｇ／ｍｌ。抗肿瘤作用的强度和药物浓度呈正相关。其中ＥＭ的抗肿瘤作用最强。
he antitumor effects of Total harmala EM,ES and WS were studied in vitro,Our results showedthat the Total harmala EM,ES and WS had significant antitumor effects on L-1210 cells and K-562cells. The 50%inhibitory concentrations of cell growth(IC5o)were 469.36 μg/ml, 1488.77 μg/ml,1222. 08 μg/ml,422.76 μg/ml,1769. 29μ g/ml and 1629. 30μg/ml.The antitumor effect of EM was thestrongest among these three drugs.
