摘要
用骆驼蓬全草的醇提取物EM、ES和水提取物WS进行了体外抑癌试验。结果表明:EM、ES和WS对瘤细胞L-1210和K-562均有一定的抑制作用,半数抑制浓度分别为496.36,1448.77,1222.08,422.76,1769.29,1629.30μg/ml。抗肿瘤作用的强度和药物浓度呈正相关。其中EM的抗肿瘤作用最强。
he antitumor effects of Total harmala EM,ES and WS were studied in vitro,Our results showedthat the Total harmala EM,ES and WS had significant antitumor effects on L-1210 cells and K-562cells. The 50%inhibitory concentrations of cell growth(IC5o)were 469.36 μg/ml, 1488.77 μg/ml,1222. 08 μg/ml,422.76 μg/ml,1769. 29μ g/ml and 1629. 30μg/ml.The antitumor effect of EM was thestrongest among these three drugs.
