此文从安全角度论述了如何做好多方面准备,确保大风天气下操纵船舶走航道、靠离泊的安全与高效,尽最大努力避免航海事故的发生。
It is an important question concerned by the captains and pilots for many years how to ensure safetyand high efficiency in respect of ship maneuvering in the channel and harbor in spite of gale weather conditions. To lay special emphasis on safety, this paper discusses on how to repair the house before it rains and take essential precautions with many respects to routine and complicated situation, and depending on our technology and experience, how to handle leisurely, resourcefully and properly under the special circumstances, so we can try our best to avoid marine accidents.
