摘要
蛋白质组学是研究生命体的一种重要的高通量研究手段,本文介绍了蛋白质组学的研究内容及主要技术,并对现代蛋白质组学在寄生虫领域的发展进行了综述。
Proteomics is an important high throughout method in modem life science. In this paper, the definition, background and methods used in proteomics were introduced, and the last part was focused on its application in parasitology.
