Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Instant Powder for Anti virus and Antipyrin by TLC spectrophotometry

摘要 用薄层色谱-紫外分光光度法测定了抗毒退热冲剂中绿原酸的含量。以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(10∶2∶3)为展开剂,测定波长327nm。在测定范围内吸收度与被测物浓度线性相关,r=0.9997,回收率99.03%(n=5),RSD2.77%。 The determination of chlorogenic acid which is the chief effective component in the instant powder for anti virus and antipyrin(IPAA) was studied by TLC spectrophotometry. The Contents of five batches of IPAA were determined under such conditions: the max. absorbtive wavelength is 327 nm, and the developing solvent is ethyl acetate methyl alcohol water(10∶2∶3). The experimental results showed that standard the curve was liner in the detection range. The correlation coefficient was 0.9997 and recovery was 99.03% ( n =5) and RSD =2.77(%).
