摘要
目的 :测定抗感冒片中绿原酸的含量。方法 :用乙醇提取并制成供试品 ,以薄层扫描法测定 ,λs=3 3 3nm ,λR =2 2 0nm。结果 :平均回收率为 98.7% ,RSD =1.87% ,三批样品中绿原酸的含量分别为 2 .4 5 5mg/片 ,2 .3 68mg/片 ,2 .2 62mg/片。结论 :本法简便、准确、灵敏 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE:To determine chlorogenic acid in Kangganmao tablets. METHODS:The tablets were extracted with alcohol, to prepare sample solution,then determinated by TLC scanning.RESULTS:Average recovery was 98.7 %, RSD= 1.87 %,the contents of the chlorogenic cacid per tablet in three batches of samples were 2.455 mg, 2.368 mg and 2.262 mg respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method can be used for the quality control of Kangganmao tablets.
