摘要
本文从药材性状、光学显微性质及元素含量等方面,对目前市场上混用的二类“鹅管石”药材——钟乳鹅管石和珊瑚鹅管石进行了鉴别比较。表明二者不应混同入药。
E Guan SHi' is a kind of traditional Chinese materia medica. It can be divided into two kinds according to its origin. One is called 'Zhong-Ru E Guan Shi' which comes from the top of stalactite, another is called 'Shan-Hu E Guan Shi' which comes from some corals. In this paper, the two kinds of 'E Guan Shi' were identified on their using nature, origin, micro-strncture and elements analysis. The results showed that: 1. 'E Guan Shi' which was used in ancient China is come from the top of stalactite that is so called 'Zhong-Ru E Guan Shi'. However no using record was discovied about 'Shan-Hu E Guan Shi' in Chinese ancient books on medicine. 2. there are many differences between 'Zhong-Ru E Guan Shi' and 'Shan-Hu E guan Shi' in their origin, nature, microstructure and elements analysis. So the author points that the two kinds of Chinese materia medica should be divided in their clinical use and shuldn't be mixed up using together.
