摘要
本文对黑龙江大学信息管理学院1999—2004届毕业生就业情况进行了分析,探讨了现今我国信息管理类人才需求的变化趋势,分析了毕业生择业去向、择业渠道、择业取向、择业选择及自我认知等问题,指出毕业生择业的主要障碍并提出相关对策。
With an analysis of the employment situation of the graduates from the College of Information Management of Heilongjiang University from 1999 to 2004, this article explores the changes and tendency of the demand for information management talents in China, and analyzes the aim, channel, criteria and preference of the graduates in selecting jobs, and how they appraise themselves. The article points out the main obstacles the graduates are confronted with in selecting jobs and proposes some countermeasures concerned.
