摘要
生产润滑油时必须考虑添加剂对生态环境的影响,合成丁二酰亚胺及其衍生物的第一步是制备烯酐(PIB SA)。实验室利用红外光谱法重点对聚异丁烯原料(LRPIB与HRPIB)、自由基一步法、热加合和氯化工艺生产的烯酐技术特征和分子结构特征进行了分析对比,并对自由基一步法烯酐合成的丁二酰亚胺产品进行了性能分析和模拟评定。试验结果表明:自由基一步法烯酐合成工艺简单、无污染,且用该工艺生产的烯酐合成的丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂产品性能优于市售的同类丁二酰亚胺产品。
It's necessary to consider the influence of additives on environment in lubricant production process. The first step in the synthesis of succinimides and their derivatives is the preparation of Polyisobutylene Succinic Anhydride (PIBSA). The technicality and molecular structure of PIBSA prepared with free radical one-step process is compared with the PIBSA produced by other methods by the aid of Infrared Spectroscopy at lab. And the performances analysis and simulation evaluation of succinimides from PIBSA with free radical one-step process are performed. The results show that the free radical one-step process is a simple technics without pollution and the obtained succinimide ashless dispersant is superior to the congener products which is sold in market.
