摘要
我国民营企业正处于企业生命周期中的成长期。带有独特创业特点的民营企业,因其自控能力和活力的迅速下降,导致成长期受阻——迷失了目标和方向,出现一系列的非理性行为,速生速亡。规模经济理论和不完全市场竞争的现实,为民营企业持续成长提供了理论基础和机遇。民营企业应从强化创新意识、培育核心竞争力、创建学习型组织和实施“蓝海战略”四个方面入手,提高企业的持续成长能力。
Chinese private enterprise is in growing period of enterprise life circle. Private enterprise with the unique pioneering features meets with obstruction in growing period and losses the target and direction because of the rapid drop of self-control capacity and energy. A series of nonrational action happen and the enterprise is born and dead quickly. The theory of scale economy and reality of non-full market competition supply the theory basis and actual opportunity for continuous growth of private enterprise. Private enterprise should rove capacity of sustained growth by proceeding from four aspects of strengthening innovative ideology, developing core competition force, establishing study style organization and carrying out blue-sea strategy.
