摘要
通过并存吸附状态的引入,更全面地揭示了电镀添加剂的作用机理。研究了添加剂浓度、镀液温度和电极转速对并存吸附状态的影响。
The effective mechanism of the organic additives for electroplating could be further revealed by the introduction of the coexisting adsorption states concept. The effects of the additive concentration, temperature and rotation speed of the electrode on the coexisting adsorption states are also discussed.
