摘要
根据构成经理人员激励组合的性质特征,将组合激励划分为同质组合激励和不同质组合激励两大类,并建立了相应的数学模型,从两类模型的共性出发,建立了分析经理人员组合激励问题的统一模型。给出了模型存在有效解的3个必要条件,并提供了求解模型的一般性方法。
In accordance with the property of the combinations of manager incentive, the combinations were divided into two kinds, homogeneous combination and heterogeneous one, and the corresponding mathematical models were established. From the commonness of the two types of models, the uniform model was set up to analyze the combinations of manager incentives. Three essential conditions for the existence of the effective solutions to the model were presented and its general solution was provided.
