摘要
军队医院在新军事变革时期面临着调整精简改革,如何适应体制编制调整,推进医院的全面建设发展,是军队医院管理者要研究的问题。本文从四个方面进行了实践,提出了:医院要推进建设发展必须谋求空间,夯实基础;必须提高医疗服务质量,抓规范化管理;必须增强卫勤保障能力,强化战斗精神准备;必须增强姓军为兵服务宗旨,解决部队官兵需求。
During the period of newly military affairs reformation, how to accommodate to the adjust of military system and develop hospital construction become the most important problems for hospital governor. The author brings four measures. Firstly, tamp the foundation of development. Secondly, improve quality of medical services and criterion management. Thirdly, strengthen ability of medical service support and consolidate combat spirit preparation. Fourthly, insist the principle of ＂serving for the army＂ and provide services to meet the medical care requirements of the soldiers.
