摘要
高等医学职业教育是医学人才培养尤其是医疗技术类人才培养的重要途径，在教育中应注意以下几个问题：找准高等医学职业教育定位；明确培养目标；根据职教特点，转变教育观念；贯彻以能力为本位的教学指导思想，全面提高职业教育的质量和效益。
Higher medical occupational education is an important way to train qualified personnel of medicine, especially medical technicians. Therefore we should obey those principles in the teaching： correct orientation of the education; nail down training aim; based on its characteristics, transform the educational concept; and take ability-orientationas the guiding ideology to raise both quality and efficiency of occupational eduacation.
