摘要
中晚期食管瘤的治疗历来是临床上的难题。自１９８７年著名胸外科专家辛育龄教授引进电化学治癌疗法后，国内又研制了电化学治癌仪和专用食道癌电极为治疗开辟了新途径。本文报告１４９例介入电化学治疗中晚期食管瘤的Ｘ线分析。近期有效率８２．５％。本疗法简便、安全有效，对不易手术、放疗及术后复发者是目前较理想的治癌方法。
The treatment of middle and late stage esophageal cancer was always a difficult problem.Since Professor Xing Yuling introduced electrochemical treatment of malignant tumor in 1987,electrochemical cancer curing apparatus and special electrode for the treatment of esophegeal cancer has been brougt out.The X-ray analysis of 149 patients with middle and late stage esophageal cancer after interventional electrochemical treatment was performed in this article.The recent effective rate was 82.5%.The therapy is easy,safe and remarkably effective.It is an applicable method for the patients difficult to be operated on or failed by radiotherapy and operation.
