摘要
比较了纸层析和薄层层析法对复方氨基酸补铁液中的多种氨基酸的分离.实验结果表明纸层析不理想,而以正丁醇-乙酸-水(4∶1∶1)作展开剂,0.5%茚三酮作显色剂进行的薄层层析,可得到赖氨酸、丝氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸,天门冬氨酸等六种氨基酸的斑点,效果较好。此法适用于本品中氨基酸的鉴别.方法简便可行。
The methods of separating aminoacids from Fufang Anjisuan Butie Oral Liquor werestudied by TLC and pape r-chromatography (PC) re-spectively. The results showed that the separation byPC was not clearly visible. Whi1e the p1ate was devel-oped by the so1vent system of n-butanol a1coho1-aceticacid-water (4: 1: 1) as the mobi1e phase,and spraythe plate with O. 5% ninhydrine and heat. the TLCplate shows 6,well defined and separated spots-theyare Lysine, Serine, A1anine, Valine, Leucine and As-paragine. The method of TLC is simple, practical andsuitab1e for identification of amino acids in Fufang Au-jisuan Butie Oral Liquor.
