摘要
目的:观察顽疣净含药血清对复发尖锐湿疣(CA)患者外周血T细胞分泌Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法:ELISA法检测顽疣净含药血清对T细胞分泌IL-2I、L-4和IFN-γ的影响。结果:顽疣净能有效提高Th1型细胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ水平,降低Th2型细胞因子IL-4表达。结论:顽疣净含药血清具有调整复发CA患者的Th1/Th2亚群平衡的作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of a Chinese herbal drug Wanyoujing herb serum（WYJS） on Th1/Th2 cytokines from T cells in peripheral blood of relapsing condyloma acuminatum patients. Methods. ELISA method was used to measure the cytokines＇ level of interleukin-2（IL-2）, interleukin-4（IL-4） and interferon-y（IFN-γ） released by T lymphocytes, Results： Wanyoujing herb serum increased levels of Thl type cytokines（IL-2 and IFN-γ）, and inhibited the secretion of Th2 type cytokine（IL-4）. Conclusion： Wanyoujing herb serum could regulate Thl/Th2 subgroups＇ balance, which might play an important role in treating relapsing condyloma acuminatum.
