新型除草剂异丙脂草醚对小鼠细胞DNA损伤的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用单细胞凝胶电泳试验,测试了新合成的除草剂异丙酯草醚对小鼠骨髓细胞和睾丸细胞的DNA损伤情况.实验结果显示:与对照组比较,异丙酯草醚对小鼠骨髓细胞和睾丸细胞DNA均有一定损伤(p<0.05),且对小鼠睾丸细胞的作用更为敏感,呈剂量-反应关系. The Comet Assay was used to detect the DNA damage of erythroblast cells and seminal cells induced by a new pesticide compound. The results show that compared with the control group, the DNA migration rate increased significantly at three different test doses for the two kinds of tissue cells(p 〈 0.05). DNA migration of seminal cells exhibited a significant linear dose - dependent manner.
