摘要
采用体外复制铜绿假单胞菌生物膜模型,研究了苦参水煎液与环丙沙星联合应用对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的影响及协同杀菌效果,结果显示,1/16、1/4最小抑菌浓度(Minimal Inhibitory Concentration MIC)的苦参水煎液可显著增加1/41、/2 MIC的环丙沙星对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的抑菌活性,两药合用具有明显的协同作用.
To study the effect of Sophora flavescens ait apueoue - extracts alone which is in coordination with ciprofloxacin on P. aeruginosa biofilm, authors adopt the model of duplicating P. aeruginosa biofilm outside the body. The resuits show that the Sophora flavescens ait apueoue - extracts alone 1/16 (Minimal Inhibitory Concentration) MIC and 1/4 MIC can enhance the bactericidal action of 1/4 MIC and 1/2 MIC ciprofloxacin and restrain P. Aeruginosa hiofilm notably, so it has the obvious effect on the usage of P. aeruginosa biofilm and Sophora flavescens air plus ciprofloxacin together.
