摘要
针对宝钢1220冷连轧机高速生产过程中的划痕问题,通过大量的现场试验与理论研究,在对划痕产生的机理进行深入分析的基础上,首次引入划痕判断综合指标的概念,把划痕治理与轧制规程在线优化设定有机结合起来,将冷连轧机的各个机架作为一个整体来统筹考虑,建立了一套以划痕防治为目标的轧制规程优化数学模型,并直接应用到宝钢1220五机架冷连轧机的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,创造了较大的经济效益。
Regarding the scratch mark problem during high speed rolling tandem cold mill in Baosteel, a new conception of aggregative indicator about the scratch process of 1220 mark judgments was first introduced based on the analysis of scratch mark production mechanism, and through vast field experiments and theoretical research. The countermeasures of decreasing scratch mark and the on-line optimizing of rolling regulations were organically combined together, each stand of tandem cold mill was given an overall consideration as a whole body, a set of mathematical models about rolling regulation optimization was completed that aimed at preventing the scratch mark. The direct application of the model to the production of Baosteel 1220 five-stand tandem cold mill obtained good results, and created great economic benefit.
