摘要
综述了冷轧板带规程设定的常见方法:经验系数法、单一负荷目标优化法、多目标负荷分配优化法、防止打滑的规程优化法及目标负荷分配法等,并依据各种方法的特点分析其适用范围。同时详细论述了应用最为广泛的综合负荷分配法的核心内容,并介绍了窄带钢轧制时以防止打滑为目标的一种新的规程设定方法,介绍了用于规程设定过程的数学优化方法。最后指出综合等负荷目标的人工智能寻优方法是将来制定优化的轧制规程的最为有效的方法。
The paper presents a review of some familiar methods of making roll schedule in cold rolling: coefficient law of experience, load distribution optimization, muti-load distribution optimization and slippage prevention optimization, as well as their application fields based on their characteristics. New comprehensive muti-load optimization has been used in many factories, so its core content and calculation is demonstrated. At the same time, a new rolling schedule method is brought forward in order to prevent slippage in strip rolling. Then some optimizing methods applied for roll schedule are presented. The method to combine equal muti-load optimization and artificial intelligence is already proved to be effective.
