摘要
以对氯苯甲醛(PCAD)和无水KF为原料,采用卤素交换氟化反应一步合成对氟苯甲醛(PFAD)。考察了投料比、溶剂、催化剂等因素对反应的影响。得出合成的最佳工艺条件为:以硝基苯为溶剂,n(KF)∶n(PCAD)∶n(Ph4PB r)∶n(Cat.A)=3∶1∶0.1∶0.05,反应温度210℃,反应时间8 h。在此条件下,产品对氟苯甲醛的收率可达80.9%,w(PFAD)=99.5%。
4-Fluorobenzaldehyde was prepared by halogen exchange fluorination of 4- chlorobenzaldehyde (PCAD) with spray-dried KF. Under the optimum reaction conditions of n (KF) : n (PCAD) :n(Ph4PBr) :n( Cat. A) = 3:1:0. 1:0. 05, nitrobenzene as solvent, reaction temperature 210 ℃ and reaction time 8 h, yield of 4-fluorobenzaldehyde was over 80.9% and the purity of the refined product was w(PFAD) =99. 5%.
