摘要
为提高磷酸钙骨水泥(calciumphosphatebonecement,CPC)的力学性能,扩大其临床应用,制备了碳纳米管(carbonnanotubes,CNTs)增强的CPC复合材料。在复合材料微观结构观察中发现:CNTs在骨水泥固化体中以一种新颖的形式存在,即CNTs在基体中已失去本来形貌,骨水泥水化产物羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)在其表面生长包覆,最终形成了HA/CNTs复合增强体。对该复合增强体的形成过程进行了研究,并提出了HA在CNTs上吸附生长的模型。
To improve the mechanical properties and expanded clinical application of calcium phosphate bone cement(CPC), composite reinforced by carbon nanotubes (CNTs) was prepared. Investigation of the microstructure of the composite of CNTs revealed, that the CNTs exist in a novel form in the solidified body of bone cement, that is the original appearance of CNTs had disappeared, and hydroxyapatite (HA), the hydration product of bone cement, grew on their surfaces and enwrapped them. As a result, a composite reinforcing body of HA/CNTs was formed. The formation process of the composite reinforcing body of HA/CNTs was investigated and the model of the absorption and growth of HA on CNTs was suggested.
