肌成纤维细胞与排卵的关系

摘要 目的:探讨肌成纤维细胞在排卵过程中的作用。方法:取动情期大鼠卵巢,运用免疫组化方法检测肌成纤维细胞特征性标记α-SMA在该组各级卵泡卵泡膜细胞上的表达情况,并进行图像分析。结果:α-SMA 表达于动情期卵巢各级卵泡的卵泡膜细胞上(窦前卵泡、小窦状卵泡、大窦状卵泡),α-SMA在大窦状卵泡的卵泡膜细胞上表达最强,46.59±17.88数量也最多,组内各级卵泡间α-SMA表达比较差异有显著性(P<0.05), 并且α-SMA表达与卵泡直径大小成正的直线关系(r=0.631)。结论:肌成纤维细胞可能在排卵过程中起重要作用。 Objective:To study the role of thecal myofibroblast in ovulation, Methods: Rat ovaries in estrus were collected. The expression of α-SMA (marker of myofibroblast) was detected and evaluated by immunohistochemistry and image analysis system in the theca cells of different types of follicles, Results: α-SMA was expressed in the theca cells of preantral follicles, small antral follicles and large antral follicles, with the highest expression intensity in theca cells of large antral follicles compared with the others ( P 〈 0.05 ). The follicle diameter andet-SMA expression intensity were positively correlated (r = 0.631 ). Conclusion: Myofibroblast might play an important role in ovulation.
