摘要
文章介绍了烟气换热器(简称GGH)在烟气脱硫(简称FGD)工程中的作用,通过对GGH净烟气侧下游的腐蚀、烟气系统的能耗、总建设投资、运行成本及维护费等方面分析比较设置GGH的利弊,论证了烟气脱硫工程省却GGH的可行性,并对省却GGH后产生的问题提出了对策。
The thesis introduce the function to gas-gas heater (hereafter refer to GGH) in Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) project. The advantage and disadvantage of setting GGH is clearly illustrated by analyzing the corrosion to downstream GGH clean side, the consumption of flue gas system, total construction investment and operation and maintenance costs ect . The thesis demonstrates the feasibility of canceling GGH in FGD project and also gives out solutions to the problems caused by cancellation of GGH.
