摘要
以“蜂蜜-鲜橙汁饮料”的研制为例,阐述了二次通用旋转组合设计的实验思路及寻找实验最优区域的方法。结果表明,二次通用旋转组合设计在饮料研发领域,与正交实验设计相比能大大减少实验次数,并能有效地找到实验最优区域,具有一定的可行性。
Taking the development of "Honey-Orange Juice Beverage" as an example, the experiment ideas for the quadratic general rotary unitized design and the optimum methods of finding out the best area were described. The results indicated that the quadratic general rotary unitized design is characterized by the decrease in number of experiments and the ability of effectively finding out the best area compared with the orthogonal experiment, in the development of beverages, it has high feasibility.
