摘要
目的探索核桃外皮不同的极性溶剂提取物的抗真菌作用。方法用不同极性溶剂提取核桃外皮,培养5种6株真菌,观察核桃外皮不同的极性溶剂提取物对真菌生长的影响。结果除残渣水提层外,其余4层提取物均显示出抗真菌活性,氯仿层和乙酸乙酯层作用更显著(MIC和MFC为128μg/ml)。结论核桃外皮提取物对培养真菌的生长具有抑制作用。
Objective To study the antifungal activity of Walnut coat. Methods Walnut coats were extracted with 95 % ethanol, chloroform, ethyl acetate,and petroleum ether. Five species of fungi were cultured in the medium containing the extract and their growths were observed. Results Except the water extract, the other ones showed significant inhibition of fungal growth. Conclusion The extract of walnut coat has antifungal activity.
