摘要
本文对中枢神经系统多发性硬化的流行病学、发病机理、临床分型及分期、诊断方法及治疗等进行了综述,并侧重对多发性硬化的亚型、脑萎缩及MRI的诊断标准等作一简要综述。
The article reviews what the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical classification, diagnostic method and therapy of multiple sclerosis of central nervous system. As well as lay particular emphasis on the subgroup of MS, cerebral atrophy and diagnostic code.
