摘要
社会学习化是当前社会发展的趋势。高校教师的继续教育问题,小至关系到每个高校教师的科研能力、教学水平的提高,大至关系到国家的富强和发展,因此,这是一个十分重要的问题,必须引起极大的关注。分析中西方高校教师继续教育的现状以及西方的成功经验,提出解决我国高校教师继续教育所存在问题及对策。
Socialized education is current society＇s tendency. Higher learning institute teachers＇ continuous education is a hot issue concerning individual teacher＇s research capability, rising of teaching quality, even concerns the nation＇s prosperity. It is a key issue that needs great attention. This paper analyzed the present situation of continuous education of higher learning institutes＇ teachers in China and other countries; and gave solution to our teachers＇ continuous education.
