摘要
建设创新型教师队伍就是要使教师具备完善的人格、持续的学习动力、开放的思维方式、旺盛的创新精神和高效的创新能力。高校要创新人才工作模式和制度,从资源配置、培养提高、环境支撑等三个层面入手,全面建设创新型教师队伍,同时加强创新型团队建设,促进教师的集体成长。
To establish creative teachers' ranks is to make teachers have perfect personality,continuous learning motive force,open thinking mode,energetic creative spirit and efficient creative ability.In order to innovate talents work mode and system,university should do from resources disposal,cultivation and promotion,environment support to establish creative teachers' ranks,and strengthen the creative team building to promote teachers' collective growth.
