摘要
针对精轧除鳞箱无挡水装置而导致轧制板坯温度降低、影响轧制性能的问题,进行了结构优化,加装挡水板装置,使除鳞后的高压水沿轧制方向流动的量小于除鳞水量的5%,提高了精轧温度15℃,降低了沿轧件长度方向的温度差,采取了防止挡水板划伤板坯的技术措施,获得良好的挡水效果,同时保障了板坯表面质量。
Based on the problems for low rolling slab temperature for lack of water-retalnlng device to affect rolling property, the structure is optimized. Water-retaining plate device is added for flow rate of high pressure water to be less than 5 % along rolling direction after descaling, which improves the finish rolling temperature of 15℃ so as to reduce the temperature drop along the rolling direction in high pressure water. Technical measure of preventing slab sculled by water-retalnlng plate is adopted to be good water-retaining effect and ensure the slab surface quality.
