摘要
针对高强船板的使用要求,结合首钢的设备工艺条件,阐述了首钢高强船板的化学成分设计思路和工艺控制要点,分析了板坯表面质量的影响因素,提出了改进方法。同时,分析了控轧控冷工艺对高强船板组织性能的影响,介绍了首钢高强船板的实物质量水平。
To meet the utilization requirement of the high strength hull structural steel, and in view of the equipment and technique status of Sbougang, the chemical design and process control for high strength hull structural steel are expatiated in this paper, as well as the factors affecting the superficial quality of the slabs are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the improvement measures are then examined. Besides, the influence of rolling and cooling process control on the microstructure and performance of the high strength hull structural steel is analyzed, and the quality of the hull steel of Shougang is also introduced.
