转化生长因子β与勃起功能的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一种多功能细胞因子。其中转化生长因子β1与组织纤维化密切相关。血管性勃起功能障碍是由于海绵体结构改变所致。转化生长因子β1能增加海绵体平滑肌细胞胶原的含量,改变海绵体平滑肌与结缔组织的比例,从而导致勃起功能障碍(ED)。随着对分子生物学的深入研究,转基因疗法将成为临床上治疗勃起功能障碍的有效方法之一。
