摘要 本文讨论了脉宽调制(PWM)逆变式弧焊电源的功率因数。输入滤波电容是导致功率因数较低的主要因素,单相电源宜采用LC联合滤波,而三相电源则宜用较小的电容,以获得较高的功率因数,且应尽量选用三相电源。并且提出高频开关电路是进一步提高功率因数的有效方法。 The power factor of PWM are welding power source has been discussed in this paper. The main factor of lower power factor has been caused by the input filter capacitor. To use the single-phase power supply for LC combination filter and use the three-phase power supply for smaller capacitor to obtain the higher power factor, so the three-phase power supply should be used as for as possible. The author advances that the high-frequency switched circuit is effective methods of improving power factor.
