摘要
根据近年来焊接电源的研究热点,针对降低焊接电源谐波对电网污染的解决方法,从IGBT逆变电源和PWM脉宽调制技术、三相功率因数校正、带相间变压器的多相焊接电源以及电路仿真研究等方面,阐述了降低焊接电源谐波对电网污染的研究状况,指出提高焊接电源的效率、降低焊接电源对电网的污染以及电磁污染,开发智能型的绿色焊接电源是今后焊接电源发展的一个方向。
This paper presents the recent research situation of reducing harmonic contamination with welding power source,including:1)research focus of welding power supply;2)methods to reduce harmonic contamination(IGBT invert welding power supply,PWM modulation technique,PFC of three phase system etc);3)circuit simulation.A conclusion can be got that elevating the efficiency,reducing harmonic contamination and developing intelligent green welding power source have been one trend of the welding power supplys development.
