丙泊酚在心脏瓣膜置换手术中的应用

摘要 目的 观察丙泊酚在心脏瓣膜置换术中的应用效果。方法 22例风湿性心脏瓣膜置换术病人ASAⅡ、Ⅲ级,术中以丙泊酚3~5mg/kg·h持续泵入,间断吸入异氟醚.静注芬太尼、维库溴铵等维持麻醉。结果 全组病人麻醉顺利,术中生命体征维持良好.术后6~8h左右拔除气管导管,全部痊愈出院。结 论丙泊酚在瓣膜置换术中维持麻醉,与既往比较,大大减少芬太尼用量,缩短病人术后恢复及拔管时间,减少肺部一系列并发症,有鬼好效果。
