摘要
目的探讨不同剂量糖皮质激素吸入对支气管哮喘患者气道反高应性的影响,以及不同剂量糖皮质激素对哮喘的治疗作用。方法40例哮喘患者按随机、双盲法分为4组,每天分别吸入倍氯米松1000、700、400和200μg。观察临床症状及组胺激发试验,测气道反应性变化,并检查血清ECP浓度。结果各组在吸入糖皮质激素后临床症状好转,气道高反应性降低,ECP浓度下降。结论几种不同剂量的糖皮质激素吸入对支气管哮喘均有治疗作用,在支气管哮喘病人中,或许小剂量的糖皮质激素吸入具有治疗作用。
Objective To explore the change and therapeutic effect of different doses of inhaled corticosteroids on bronchial hyperresponsiveness in asthmatic patients. Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into 4 groups and treated with different doses of inhaled beelomethasone dipropinate（BDP）, ie, 1000μg/day, 700μg/day, 400μg /day, 200μg/day. The histamine inhalation provoking test, the concentration of ECP and clinical symptoms were checked. Results All patients showed mitigating clinic symptoms and lower bronchial hyperresponsiveness and the level of ECP after inhalation of different doses of corticosteroids. Conclusion Favorable effects on bronchial asthma have been corroborated by using different doses of inhaled corticosteroids. It is postulated thereupon that a lower dose of inhaled corticosteroids is eligible for asthmatics.
