文章分析了CS战略在图书馆实施的必要性与可行性,及其实施对图书馆现有工作流程、组织结构及评估方法的影响。
This article describes CS strategy, analyzing the necessity and possibility of the implementation of it in library. The author also introduces the alteration of library's working programming , organization structure and evaluation methods after bringing CS strategy into effect.
