摘要
在介绍传统信息法学研究现状和发展趋势的基础上,指出面向图书情报领域的信息法学研究要调整权益平衡与经济效率、信息自由共享与信息产权保护、信息资源的建设传承与开发利用三个方面的关系,并进一步分析图书情报领域急待解决的信息法律问题。
