摘要
根据永磁同步电机转子磁场定向矢量控制理论,在分析传统控制方法存在问题的基础上,提出了一种在d、q轴电压控制方程式中引入交叉耦合项的改进型矢量控制方法。该方法提高了d、q轴电压控制精度,使控制系统在较宽的速度范围满足较高的控制精度要求。利用所提出的控制方法,完成了基于DSP的永磁同步电机伺服控制器的设计,实现了对永磁同步电机的位置、速度和转矩控制。通过实验验证了该方法的正确性。
Based on the conventional theory of rotor field oriented vector control for permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM),an improved vector control strategy with cross-coupling terms has been presented in this paper. By adoptting the improved vector control .strategy,the precision of voltage and speed controlled will be enhanced in a wider .speed range. Based on the improved strategy,a PMSM servo controller with DSP has been set up. By using the controller,rotor-position controlling;speed controlling and torque controlling for PMSM have been achieved. The experimental results in the paper verify the improved strategy.
