摘要
首先分析发达国家天然气产业、电力产业的产业融合现象,在此基础上探讨能源产业出现产业融合的原因。能源产业的产业融合是在能源技术创新、能源产业的规制改革、跨产业并购的共同作用下得以实现的。
Energy industry is the foundation for major developed countries. The development of energy industry has the significant effect on the economic development. The paper analyzes the integration of gas industry and electrical industry in the major developed countries, and discusses the reason of this industrial integration. The integration of energy industry is realized on the basis of technical innovation, regulation reform and cross-industries merging and acquisition.
