摘要
板式空冷器是一种将板式换热器与空冷式换热器的优点结合在一起的新型空冷器。它既具有空冷式换热器节水效果好、环境污染小的特点,又综合了板式换热器传热效率高、流通面积大的特点,是一种先进的新型、高效、节能型换热设备。由于板式空冷器的板束为垂直设计,因此,介质进入板束时的均布水平对于空冷器的冷却效率有着重要的影响。通过对筛板式液体分布器的结构进行研究,得出其结构设计的基本思路与压降公式。
Plate type air cooler is a novel air cooler that gathers up the advantages of plate exchanger and air cooled exchanger,which is a advanced,novel,high-efficiency and energy conservation exchanging equipment with the fea- tures of fruitful water-saving,less environ- mental pollution and also having the characteris- tics of high-efficient heat transfer and wide flow area of plate exchanger.Since the plate type air cooler has vertical designed plate bun- dle,the medium has equivalent distribution when entering into the plate bundle that create significant affect to the cooling efficiency of air cooler.Besides,this article analyzes the struc- ture of screen-plate liquid distributor and elicits the basic thinking of the structure design and formula of pressure drop.
